This policy explains how refunds and billing issues are handled for Music Practice Manager. It does not affect your statutory rights.
Music Practice Manager is sold as a one-off purchase (a perpetual licence) — there is no subscription and no recurring charge. Purchases are processed by our payment provider and merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy.
1. Try before you buy
Music Practice Manager offers a 30-day free trial so you can evaluate the app before buying. No payment details are required to start the trial, and no charge is made during or at the end of it. We encourage you to use the trial to make sure the app suits you before purchasing.
2. 14-day refund
You have a statutory right to cancel a purchase of digital content within 14 days, and we honour this fully — we do not remove or limit it. If you change your mind, you can request a refund within 14 days of your purchase, with no reason required. Just contact us at support@musicpracticemanager.com and we will arrange it through Lemon Squeezy. We also encourage you to use the free 30-day trial to evaluate the app before buying, so you can be sure it suits you.
3. Faulty or misdescribed software
If the app is faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality, you have statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which may include a repair, replacement or refund. These rights are not affected by anything in this policy. Please contact us so we can help and, where appropriate, arrange a remedy.
4. Other refund requests
Outside your statutory rights, and because you can fully evaluate the app during the free trial before buying, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you have been charged in error, have a billing problem, or are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at support@musicpracticemanager.com and we will do our best to help.
5. How refunds are processed
Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Any refund we agree, or that you are entitled to, is normally processed back to your original payment method through Lemon Squeezy.
6. Billing problems and disputes
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first at support@musicpracticemanager.com so we can try to resolve it quickly, rather than raising a chargeback with your bank in the first instance. We aim to respond promptly.
7. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
