Use of the Music Practice Manager app itself is governed separately by the End User Licence Agreement (EULA), not by these terms.

2. About the website
The website provides information about Music Practice Manager, a macOS desktop app that helps musicians organise practice materials, build structured practice playlists and run focused, timed practice sessions. It also links to where you can buy and download the app.

- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers, or any connected systems;
- use the website for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose; or

Purchases are processed by our payment provider and merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy. The website does not directly collect payment card details. Your purchase is subject to Lemon Squeezy's checkout terms and to our Refund Policy.
