Use of the Music Practice Manager app itself is governed separately by the End User Licence Agreement (EULA), not by these terms.

2. About the website

The website provides information about Music Practice Manager, a macOS desktop app that helps musicians organise practice materials, build structured practice playlists and run focused, timed practice sessions. It also links to where you can buy and download the app.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• misuse the website or interfere with its normal operation;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers, or any connected systems;
• use the website for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose; or
• use any automated means to access the website in a way that could damage or overload it.

4. The app, purchases and licence

Information on the website about the app's features, pricing and availability is provided for general information and may change. The current price and details are shown at the point of purchase.

Purchases are processed by our payment provider and merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy. The website does not directly collect payment card details. Your purchase is subject to Lemon Squeezy's checkout terms and to our Refund Policy.

Your use of the app is governed by the End User Licence Agreement (EULA), which you accept when you first use the app. Except as permitted by the EULA or by law, you must not copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, bypass licensing of, or otherwise misuse the app.

The content of the website, including text, graphics, logos and the Music Practice Manager name, is owned by or licensed to Electric Jelly Labs Ltd and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and use the website for your own information, but you may not copy or reuse its content without our permission, except as allowed by law.
